Google Maps Issues - help !!!

i have iphone 4 with 4.0.1 jb @ unlocked
on the google map app i can see normal and good map with all the sings and streets and all that is good

but whene i lunch other app that use the google maps (signal or wififofum ) i cant see the full map with all the sings and streets !!!!!!!!

Looks like 3G full bars (and wifi) in the picture.
