need help with SwirlyMMS

I have swirlyMMS installed and I can send messages fine. but when I recurve them I can fetch them but can't see them. if I tap on the message it turns blue but nothing comes up. Are you not supposed to be able to see the pics on your phone or I'd mine just messed up? if you cant see them on your phone then how do you look at them?please help
