ummm what?
This definitely doesnt work for me.... i used the dominos app that you posted, used iphonebrowser to create an app folder in the Applications folder named dominos.app and then copied the 4 files inside of the dominos.app folder you posted into the dominos.app folder on my iphone. it shows up fine on the homescreen of my phone, but when i press the icon, it brings me to a black screen which crashes back to the homescreen in about 10-20 seconds. is this a joke? or am i doing something wrong.....? probably doing something wrong so can someone please help?

Works for me! GREAT find, guys!!! Somebody ought to post a thread specifically stating how to do this, so it isn't hidden in a "How Do I...." post!

I saw that Finder has "permissions" under the info button (Owner - Read Write Exec etc.)
Do you know what these need to be set at to allow a program to run?

Are these the only steps necessary? I did this, then dragged into the applications folder with ifuntastic and the app doesn't work. Shows a black screen with a curved line on it for 2secs then goes back to home. Am I missing a step? What about creating a folder for the app?

i set the permissions to 775 for each file.. changed the number in the .plist file and all i get it s black scren for 10seconds and back to the home screen..
any ideas? do i need to change anything else in the .plist file?
i renamed the app to
(fiance's name).app
Edit:
nevermind i went home and looked at the files again and i didn't set the permissions for the .plist.. DOH.. but works AWESOME!! love itLast edited by johentie; 10-05-2007 at 07:24 AM.
