Could someone explain to me a little better how to use this? I seen on cydia is it worth installing?

yeah i saw this too, i imagine it frees up virtual memory using the disk and not the actual ram which could work though i heard its not good for the disk long term it wears it out faster

Yeah, it sounds fishy to me. I've been holding of. Since apple has made it hard to rejailbrake I've been being alot more conservative

Repo isMygreatiphone, it's in the tweak section, called iPhone speed boost.

looks to be a virtual ram tweak. same as the plist file people edit which is on another thread around here.

I use the other tweak and have been for a while now. Works great for me.

I got this when it came out. but it did nothing. the option 'capability' in the settings never showed up. on the update, I did see the option in winterboard, but still, I see no results. I guess maybe I have something that is conflicting with it. I am running the vm plist mod, but I tried the speedboost before I installed the iphonevm2 mod and it wasn't working then either.
