This is a cool idea for an app! So what is the idea, you would be able to pull samples from your music library? or would you have to have them installed somewhere else? File size of the saved files might be a little big, but I think this is a neat idea! I wonder if there will be any latency between pressing the screen and having it commit to the track?

i dont have a psp so i dont know what it is.

youll be able to install sample packs, and each pad can trigger any drum/snare/sample.

double tapping the pad would bring up a menu to select the sample and assign it. then single tapping after would trigger the sound . you will also be able to set it up like a normal drum machine and hit play and itll loop through and light each pad up as the sound is played.

deffinetly make that...with some sound effect options and what not..bla bla... i can just hook it up to my stereo via the headphone jack and play with beats and stuff...

Yes. I'm stoked. This is a great idea. I actually have been wanting something like this since the iPhone came out. Any chance of an 808 or 909 emu? That would be ill. Keep up the good work. If you need samples for a sample pack let me know. I got a bunch.

finished? i dont know. the further along it gets the more techical it is. hopefully in a day or 2 ill have something very beta but itll be able to trigger sounds and then itll be released.. but itll be far from a complete app
