iPhone App Launcher or Switcher?

Hi all,
does anyone knows a good App Launcher or switcher i am trying to find one but no luck till now,
tried Smartscreen with the Lauchner Widget but Smart Screen caused Springboard Crashes all the Time so i removed it, anyone a suggestion which to try?

Yes i se it too but if you have kirikae installed and you install Multiflow Kirikaae gets kicked und uninstalled but i would like to have both, kirikae for Favs and Multiflow for active apps...

If you install SBCategories you can create a folder named Recents and all those apps you frequently use will be there, or you can categorize for shortcuts. Multifl0w would still manage the actives. Just a suggestion.

Old thread, was looking for something else, but I'll reply anyway.

I use LastApp for fast switching, laid it in Activator on Short Press on Volume down. Maybe someone likes this too.
