I have already cydia in my 1g 3.1.2 Itouch


but I can't sync application in itunes?

Kind of a vague description of your problem. There is not much of a way to diagnose it with out more detail. How about adding things like:
what you have installed
how you jailbroke
and what you mean by wont sync, does it not even recognize your ipod? or will it not add your music and apps. Are your apps legit? or cracked? there are infantile many variables that need to be looked at. The best solution is restore and re-jailbreak. And if your apps are not legit.. BUY THEM. haha.. if you give us some more details we can help you further!
