Default Help w/ ssh client for New Mac User!!

*****Hey, I'm not new to mmi, but I am new to mac and I just hours ago purchased a new mac book and am trying to find an software or program where I can ssh into my phone to install themes into my winterboard...**Note** I am new to the Mac and vaguely know much about how to function on the OS system. So I am looking for something very user-friendly, thanks in advance for who ever to reply, & I hope some one does

yea I tried to download cyberduck from the site, but wouldn't download...Having a few issues w/ Fugu, when I connect it, it ask for a password to my ip & I don't know what to put it, lol..I know I'm a num nut & being a green apple rank I should know this. Would appreciate assistance, just hope I don't get demoted to "Whats A Jailbreak" lol
