Need help getting pics off of phone

I had to restore my phone after my first jailbreak and it looks like it held on to the photos I had taken but put them in an 'iPhone Pics' folder. So I have a 'Camera Roll' folder which only holds the pics I've taken since the restore and an 'iPhone Pics' folder which holds my pics from before the restore. When I sync my phone, it only syncs the Camera Roll. How do I get to the iPhone Pics folder?

If you are using windows, does it show up when you browse My Computer? Your photos might be listed in your phone and you could copy them over to the other photo folder that is syncing.
