App to customize headphone button action?

I have a 3G and would love to get functionality similar to the 3GS voice control.

There are a couple of apps that can do voice dialing available for the 3G. The only thing missing is the ability to launch the app by holding down the headphone button like the 3GS voice control.

Does anyone know of an app that intercepts commands from the headphone remote and allows one to assign custom actions to them? I.E. Hold down headphone button => Launch Vlingo.
