Run script at startup

Hey, I want to run this line every time the iPod resprings/reboots:
ifconfig en0 lladdr 00:16:CF:3E:XX:XX
I tried making a LaunchDaemon to run a script with that line in it, but it doesn't run:
PHP Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
    <key>Disabled</key>
    <false/>
    <key>Label</key>
    <string>com.crim.mac</string>
    <key>Program</key>
    <string>/usr/bin/macstart</string>
    <key>RunAtLoad</key>
    <true/>
    </array>
</dict>
</plist>
I added the line "date >log.txt" to check if it was running at all, and it isn't. Ideally, the command "mac 5" would be run at startup (mac is a script that can change MAC address easily). The LaunchDaemon was modified from StealthMac. I have tried StealthMac from Cydia, but it doesn't seem to work. Also, all files involved have permissions at 777. Can anybody help me get this to run?
Thanks
And the script, if it matters. BTW, this works from command line when logged in as root:
Code:
#!/bin/sh
ifconfig en0 lladdr 00:16:CF:3E:XX:XX
date >/log
