Badges for the standard apps are annoying as hell (Phone, Mail, Safari). Hopefully theres an update where you can chose if you want these on.

I had a badge on my Camera app too. Had to turn them off.

This was a great update but I wish he would remove the badges from stock apps. It should only display on apps that have been enabled by backgrounder

You can turn the badges off if you open the app choose global and there you can disable Badges and Persistence.

Persistence keeps the app backgrounded until you disable it. If persistence is not enabled then if you press the home button after you relaunch the app, it will close the app

I am so torn. I actually turn off Pandora on accident when I am not sure it is on, so badges are great for that. But, I can't stand them on my stock apps or on the dock.

^ I believe you can turn individual apps off in the Application-Specific section.

Only a way to have certain apps permanently on backgrounder (great for messages)
I'm loving the new update though!, finally my phone doesn't crash when i leave messages on for an extended period of time..
phone has been on with messages in the background for almost 2 days now.. on the last update the backgrounder would mess up, and wouldn't let me close out of my messages, leaving me to do a reset every time. The only thing I ask in return for helping, is that you click the thanks button, Thanks!
