Technically, I believe SBSettings is more accurate. The default battery percentage round things up and down to nice round numbers and compensate for some fluctuations in the raw percentage data. Things like the battery seems to drain fast from 100% down to 80%, level off in the middle and slow down at the bottom, but users prefer a smooth 100%-0% drain so it looks like the default numbers compensate for the physical facts about the battery.
