How do I Update Apps in Categories?

I Keep most of my apps in folders using the "Categories" app.
I was just wondering how do i update apps from the appstore if there in the folders?

When you check the app store for updates just download them as usual. The icon will appear on the springboard while it is downloading and installing the update then if it doesn't automatically go away when it is finished just respring and everything will be just like it was before the update except the app will be updated.
