Cylay....I'm done with it
Anybody else have the problem getting cylay updated to work on replacement phone. I go through iphones not alot but more then most. everytime i try to switch a new phone on to my cylay the support people always say i dont have a vip account so i have to go through email after email of them telling me my info dont work and i dont have a VIP account. i have a VIP account with cylay and mivtones and have for a longtime. So now im back at point a with them saying they cant find my account info but yet i sign on to my account online and they both still say vip, cylay is still vip until 2009-10-21. BUT WHATEVER, IM NOT PAYING ANYMORE MONEY FOR A PRODUCT I CANT USE WITH EASE. JUST HAD TO VENT PEOPLE. Great products but support is very weak for these products.

Use ilocalis. the support and app are amazing. all the same features plus more.This is getting a lil' ridiculous...

Wow thats sad. They should seriously strive for better customer service. It's not right for them to try and force you into paying registration AGAIN because they have their head up their A55.160GB iPod Classic

kind of weak you (ab)use the main news section of this site for a personal rant.
besides that if your not getting what you are paying for then indeed dont use it.

He moderates the site. Why shouldn't he? And that is applicable news. If you switch iPhones at any interval it is important to know that the support/transition do not occur easily.

The main news section of this site used to be purely iPhone related. I liked it then.
Now we get Apple news aswell, I learn to live with it.
But for you to use the News section and fill my RSS feed (twice may I add) with a personal rant is rediculous.
PF please kick this guy up the ***. RSS = news to me. This is not news.

Damn, my fault people. I just now realized after an email that I put it in the wrong section. All apologize to all that are freaking out. To the others, I wasn't saying this is a bad app it works great, just not happy with what I have to go through to switch phones everytime. It's back in forth in emails over days with these guys just to get it working. Always saying my info don't match up. Thanks for the supporters here, and for the other people , chill and get some booty.

Could we actually move this back to the main news section? It is better than reading about Data from the goonies, who worked for some company who sold a shoe to a guy who bought a pizza from a girl in Cupertino. Oh and the girl left her 32nd floor window open and Moon fell out or something.

Cylay was really buggy for me, it wouldn't update my iPhone as found, it would just say "Fail". Needless to say there was an easy SSH workaround to deleting the app.
FAIL! for Cylay.
