iPhone portable storage device

Hi there! I'm new to modmyi.com and I'm hoping this is the right place to post this. Is there a cydia app that allows your iphone(or ipod touch) to become a portable usb storage device without needing a certain software on your computer or pc?
(I'm only really after word documents and other text files)

I'm using an iPhone 3G with 3.0, and I need the storage for work and home so the computer sometimes is vista, other times xp.

There are apps in the app store that you may find useful. Some I can think of real quick are; Files, Air Sharing, File Sharing, Documents to go, Zumodrive.
