iPhone as dial up modem
Hey all, I know it makes me sound crazy but hear me out. When I spin in clubs everything I do is video. Now I'm getting into this new software add on that allows bar patrons to text in to a number and displays it on all the screens. My problem is that the software wants you to use a motorola phone with a USB cable installed as a modem. It uses this to communicate.
I've tethered my phone a million and a half times already USB and Bluetooth, but they work as a network connection. I need it to be a modem device. Is this possible? I've tried imodem and that still doesn't allow me to open the phone a modem on a com port.
Edit: I think I stuck this in the wrong forum, sorry.
