Discover is from the ModMyi repo. I'm not sure why it didn't come with Cydia when you first jailbroke your device, but you can still add the repo to Cydia.
1. Open Cydia
2. Tap on the Manage tab (at the bottom)
3. Tap on Sources
4. Tap Edit (top right)
5. Tap Add (top left)
6. Type in "http://apt.modmyi.com/" (without the quotes)
7. Tap Add Source
8. Tap Done

That is strange, MMi repo should be there, that's a new one on me.
