I hope everyone gets home safe tonight from their 4th of July parties... and now that the holiday is over... I just want to give you guys a little something else to look forward to...

Im waiting too.. Im trying to figure out whats going on with that.
On one hand it seems that geohots jailbreak is still missing kernel patches, just like the old 3.0 beta 5 jailbreak... but I contacted GeoHot and he claims that his RC2 has all the proper kernel patches... if this is true then its going to take some work to figure out why its not working. We are in comunication with Saurik trying to see if he has figured it out since winterboard relies on the same MSHookFunction(which currently isnt working in the 3GS jailbreak).. hopefully soon. I hate carrying around my 2G to beta test iReal..

this is great!! just updated. can't wait to use this all day...

edit---- ireal main app no longer launches after updating. quickreply/send are still functioning (even landscape) and i am able to send/receive sms, but when i try to launch ireal, the app crashes back to the springboard. i've rebooted 2x and am still having the same problem. if yuo need to use ireal, i would wait until this gets figured out before upgrading...

Wow, this program looks awesome... never even heard of it until I stumbled upon this thread. Good stuff, will definitely give it a try.

Hopefully it gets the 3GS support soon, since I'm planning to upgrade this weekend.

Got the program... LOVE the quick reply and quick send features... once Landscape more for the quick features is released I'll be purchasing this app.

When I try to update irealsms it crashes my phone straight to an "off" state. Meaning it powers my phone down instantly. Now Cydia will not launch at all. 3G on 3.0.

I really want to use this, but I can't stand the way the auto correction and auto capitalization doesn't work... is there a way to fix it? If it will work I'll buy the program...

I understand you got it working, but for the sake of those whom are experiencing the same problem, its as easy as going into iReal settings and toggling the autocorrect OFF then back ON... now respring and it will be working.
For some reason the toggle switch isnt calibrated for some users the first time around.

Yup, that's exactly what I had to do. Apparently the toggle switches work against the built in Apple settings, until you have them both turned on and resprung.

EDIT: Purchased the program btw, absolutely love it... by far the best messaging app available for iPhone.

are all the MSHOOKFUNCTIONS working?

So i downloaded irealquicksms and it is saying i do not have a valid serial. is this because i purchased irealsms on my old 3g and not my 3gs? Reznor9 can you help please? i NNEEEEEEEDDDD Ireal
