Sorry, this seems to be a quirk with Installer. I updated the plist to allow uninstalls but it looks like only "new" installs have this. I even tried reinstalling hoping it would pick up the new setting.
You can easily delete the theme folders with Finder app, that's all the "uninstall" does anyways.

iSwitcher themes are installed in:
If you don't use iSwitcher then you have no need for the entire "/var/root/Media/Themes" folder, simply remove it.White 3G
