I thought it might be helpful to create one thread where folks can list what Cydia Apps are working with the new 3GS JB. So far, here's what I've discovered or read:

Working:

SBSettings
Categories
Backgrounder
Notifier
WeatherIcon 2.1.13 (although no status bar image)
5 Icon Dock


Not Working:

Winterboard
Tricker ThreeG (crashes Sling app)
Cyntact (phone won't come out of safe mode)

when i installed notifier it said reload sb, and the wheel was going but after 5 mins i just power cycled and all was well.

Installing CyDelete fixed the mixed icons issue on springboard.

-a respring fixed the mixed icons for me.
i guess it was just the respring required after it installed...
tsk tsk... we are gonna have to disqualify you Sniper... i'm sorry..
