nes roms help ...im a newbie

can anyone expalin what a nes rom is and where i can download them from.


im new to hacking and have limited computer knowledge.

a nes rom is a game for nes (Nintendo Entertainment System) that can be used with a nes emulator, like the one you probably just put on your phone
just use google to find roms

A rom is basically a NES cartridge dump. NES.app is an emulator which interprets these in the same way an actual NES console would (hence, it emulates it).. NES.app takes roms with the .nes extension.

Try googling "nes roms" or searching the forums for "roms" (this question has already been answered numerous times).
Oh, and you can always trust an 'old computer'.

Iam a mac user, I downloaded NES (version 1.9.1) on my iphone1.0.2
now that's the message I get when I click on Mario Bross's icon :
NO NES ROMs were found.
Please upload ROMs to
/var/root/Media/ROMs/NES.
where can I find those ROMs and how do I upload theme?

ssh using cyberduck or whatever the heck you have there there tutorials here dude look for em ROMs NES folder roms go in the nes folder whick goes into the roms folder

Just to clear things up... You aren't hacking anything. You are modding.

The people allowing you to add nes emulator are hacking.
