Is there such an app as this?

So I have quite a few numbers in my iblacklist, but I also have them in my phones contacts as different names.
Is there any app out there that can be switched on and off to display a certain name for incoming message/call? That way I dont have to have "fake contacts" in my contacts app.

OR

Is there a way I can hide contacts from my contacts app and only have them appear when I want to
