MiVTones Help

So I recently purchased MiVTones. It shows up on my springboard as Version 3.4.0 VIP. Ive logged in using my account the user name and password I setup when I purchased the program.

I have followed their email on how to download and setup the program. In my settings is shows I have paid for the program and lists me a VIP with a red check next to it. I have set up multiple contacts with video tones. Every time they call I just get a black screen and the phone vibrates.

Im more frustrated then anything because I have been messing with this for 2 days now trying to get it right. Has anyone else had this problem? I just sent over ifonetec an email asking if they know the answer. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Im going to try reseting my password and see if that fixes it.

If anyone has had this issue please let me know how you resolved it. Ive searched the forum but the only result I get from there are people trying to video with the sound and video.

Same problem pulling my hair out

On the top right click the i and enable mivtones. Hope this helps
