I'm running 3.0, on a 3G. I just jailbroke my phone for the first time, with the intention of using backgrounder. It installed and I can open it and change setting and what not flawlessly. It is set as default to hold down home until the notice comes up notifying me that the app is backgrounded. Well, no matter how long I hold down home, no menu will pop up. I thought it was possibly just not showing but still enabling, and I've tested it and did not. I've tested it on 5 programs, two of which I've read other's successfully using it with backgrounder.

The odd part is that it seems to be working EXCEPT for actually using it. When I change settings, it updates and I get the seemingly stardard springboard-mod message of "changing settings" or somethign similar.

There are no similar cases of this that I've been able to find, and I've been looking since yesterday. Any clues? I'm 99.9% sure I'm doing everything correctly, but I'm out of ideas.

Backgrounder isnt compatible with 3.0 yet.

Was just about to bring this up. Really sucks since backgrounder was one of the top reasons I chose to jailbreak in the first place.

Well...this sucks...I did the jailbreak mostly because of backgrounder...have you tried the push from AP?? is like a joke...

It seems to be one of the most popular apps out there. I'm sure it won't be too long before they update it to work on 3.0

Yeah...so in other words, still not compatible w/ 3.0 yet. booo.

New Backgrounder update out...this time 3.0 compatible.

Unfortunately, they took out the UI and now it's back to the Backgrounder enabled/disabled. I hope they update the UI soon.
