Videorecorder won't launch????

I downloaded dreamcatcher videorecorder 3.0 but it won't launch, only get the startup screen saying videorecorder is loading but it don't. I paid $20 for this from dreamcatcher and they won't help. NEVER AGAIN FROM THAT COMPANY!!! Any help is appreciated.

Its most likely not compatible with the firmware version you are using, you should have installed the trial version first. I would keep trying to contact them. The last update for the app was last year.
