Phone Crashes?

Hi,

Any 1 had this problem after restoring 3.0 jailbroken ispw... cydia all upgraded etc... a few apps from appstore and cydia - i.e. boss prefs etc...

and now when i touch the green phone icon... it opens and then closes straight away...

why is it doing this and how can i fix it without having to restore the phone again??

urgent help needed...
