Are iPhone 3GS apps useable on iPhone 3G??
Hi everyone,
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried taking apps from the 3GS to see if they work on the 3G??
For instance: Could you take the video recording app or the voice recognition app from the iPhone 3GS and just SSH them to the iPhone 3G? Would they work?
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried this or if the dev-team has tried this out.
Thanks!
Joe

I think they would, I mean why wouldn't they work? Don't they have the same functions, just the 3gs is faster?

For the Compass App at least, there is a special chip in the iPhone 3GS that enables the Compass function, so I assume it's a similar story with the other Apps. Voice Control did get me wondering though...
- 16GB - Jailbroken
- 16GB - Not Jaibroken.
