I some how came upon these. (iBeer, iWater, iChampagne, and iMunchies)
Who knows how I got them... ;D
I showed them to the guys at the AT&T store and they loved them =D

After you download, drag them into the Videos section in iTunes, go to the Videos tab under Your Phone and check the box, then sync.
If you're downloading a torrent, use utorrent (google it)

where is the video section within the iPhone system?

Make sure you added the video to iTunes under movies.
Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
(Your iphone should be selected on the right and you should be on the Summary page)
Click the Video tab on the top and check Sync Movies, then check the video.
On your iPhone open iPod and click Videos (or more if it's not in the dock)
It should look like this:

i guess i did not download the right fie becuase i draged it to videos and it didnt work. i downloaded it from isohunt.

Aww yes, it should be a .torrent file.
Download uTorrent (Google it)
Install the program, then click file open torrent and open the file you downloaded from iso hunt.
