Apollo not working on 1.1.4 and MobileChat not installing.

Well I'm having the same problem I had with Apollo on 1.1.3 until the fix came out. Now that I have upgraded Apollo wont work again. I tried installing MobileChat as a makeshift program, but the error "Package download failed!" keeps coming up. What do I do?

Nothing happens if i add that source, and its under uncatigorized, does that mean i did something wrong?
I added http://twenty08/installer (exactly like that) and mobilechat is not under network nor in update (i already have the one that doesnt work installed)

Its not in Network, it has a folder of its own called twenty08. You'll find the themes and the install file in there.

I have and I can see the download from folder twenty08 but it doesn't download, still just package download failed...
