Can someone help me make a simple txt app?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had any advice in making a simple app where if I open it, it opens a certain .txt file I have. I know ebook reader is very similar to this, but I was wondering if there is any way to make a direct link to this .txt file whose app icon and name I can customize.

Any help would extremely appreciated!
