SwapTunes works great! Too bad I can't have three libraries because I have a Mac and PC at home and a Windows Laptop at work.

The applications folder is in the root of the iPhone. You need to get out of that folder until you hit the root of the Filesystem.

But as far as I am aware I am not in ANY folder.

I simply connect to my IP (using name and password root & alpine)

and that's what opens...

There are no option other than the two I mentioned... Library and Media

YOU ARE NOT IN THE ROOT FOLDER. You are in the VAR folder. Look up top to the address bar in the program and drop it down.

If you are having problems...
Check the permissions also.

yeah i followed this guide for swap tunes, and after i press the icon the large icon opens up says its swapping, but then nothing is swapped, my library is still there and working, it is NOT empty. any ideas? im running 1.1.3 ziphone

FIX: rather than downloading swaplibrary.app from the attachment on this page, (this didn't work for me) try installing it from http://losprog.com/repo.xml this worked right away!

Swaplibrary .zip contents

Hi !

Tx for all the good work!

I am strugglin´ with the swapLibrary thang...

Extracting the zip folder (on XP) results in the folder SwapLibrary ( no extension).
This one contains two folders:
_MACOSX (965 byte) and SwapLibrary.app (45.4 kb)
Whereas the MACOSX again contains a SwapLibrary.app

FTPing the SwapLibrary/SwapLibrary.app folder gives the Icon, seems to copy....
but my iphone library remains unchanged.
Repeated swapping... library unchanged...
Does the first swap "copy" the original library rather than "move" ?
I am reluctant to try out and risk my several thousand songs...

Tx for help!

K.

Why dont you just use swapLibrary instead?

It does the same thing and works without the need to mess around:
