You could give AdBl0ck a try. It can be found on cydia.miphone.ca/repo
Just add the source in cydia and install AdBl0ck.
It seems to be a modified host file that excludes admob adds, but blocks anything else.
If it's true, then it'll work in any app
Edit:
Of cousre, this could also be done manually, but would require a little more effort.
