its a tweak that makes the music and video apps on the iPod like the one on the iPhone, makes it all in one and changes the icon for music and renames it iPod.

I had my iPod re-jailbroken out of the tethered version to the non tethered and when I went to look for it I could not find it either.

I hope it comes back soon!
