What the hell's goin on with Extended Preferences??

that's gotta be one of my favorie programs, its like a bunch of little programs like make it mine put into one, and it lets u check ur battery in percentage, which I think is a must. But after I restored my iphone to 1.1.4 it dissappeared, nd i couldn't find it in installer. then it showed up, but wouldn't install. now its gone again!! what the hell is going on, does anyone kno?
