    Default What app is this?

    For the life of me I can not remember this app. Due to a re-install, I lost it.

    Anyway, when I would swipe my finger by the carrier logo or time on the top of the display, I would get a drop-down that I could toggle the 3G, Wifi, etc.. It would also show IP address info.

    Any ideas?
