Errant icon in top info bar

I've been using StatusNotifier for a while, and it has been working great. Today, though, I got this icon in the info bar (See attached image), and I have no idea where it came from, or why it is there. I had this problem before, with inconclusive posting results, but I believe someone mentioned that it is not a StatusNotifier icon. If so, where did it come from, and why did it appear today?

I fixed it before by updating the firmware on my phone, since that wipes the drive. I have 2.2 right now, and 2.2.1 isn't big enough to justify going through all the trouble again. Does anyone have any experience with this?

that is the notifier for iblacklist or mcleaner. a contact you have blocked has either tried to call u or txt you. check your iblacklist or mcleaner for the icon to disappear.
