Best way to sort out menu?

Just wondering how you guys keep your menu tidy (if you try to at all)... ie, do you use Categories or is there a better option to use now?

there is sbsettings dock too. or you can hide the apps with poof and then use like guickgold to launch them.

i hide basically all my apps.. i used to use appflow for the portrait launcher but now that it doesnt work i use quickgold or just unhide them when i need them
