Receive calls - VOIP

Hey all,

I dont get any type of cell service at my office, but we have wi-fi everywhere. I set up Fring on my iphone and it works great to send calls. I however have not been able to get it to receive calls. Does anyone know of a way to set it up that way, or is it supposed to not receive calls?
