Extended Pref wont install

I noticed in the recent packages section within the Installer that there is a app called Extended Preferences.
I have been trying to install it repeatedly, but each time I kept returning to the home page automatically without installing the app.

I know it cant be that I am running out of room since I moved all my Ringtones, Wallpaper, Apps, over to the larger partition side via BossTools.
Also I have installed SummerBoard 3.2 which addresses the 79 app limitation.

Any ideas?
I also tried on my iTouch with the same results.
