I downloaded it from sleepers but the keyboard ain't showing up anyone know why?

You need to enable the emoj smilies in your keyboard settings in the settings app.

Regardless of where you got it from wouldn't it still reside under keyboard settings?

Author says an update has been posted and will appear on Cydia soon.

I installed Emoji and enabled emotions in keyboard settings - then turned them back off and installed smiley keyboard. Deleted Emoji keyboard and was still able to turn on the smileys in keyboard settings.
