iphone-recorder HELP installing

I've purchased the pack of video & audio. Had no problem
installing video, up & running fine and very pleased.
BUT cannot get the audio even recognized.
The 'error code' I get back after putting in installer's info is
'unable to decode package, more info at' and it sends me back to the website, which sends me to technical support and they have never have responded after 3 weeks of emails.
Is anyone familiar with installing this 'iphone audio recorder'
from dreamcatcher?

i have been trying to download the audio recorder my self but have gotten no were,its like it does not exist.
