Need help with 1.1.4 mail and Youtube fix

Ok on 1.1.4 I installed the compatability patch and then tried the syncfix and then the mailfix but neither worked. I tried both of the youtube fixs but they did not work either. the only thing that is different about the youtube message is that instead of saying that it needs to connect to iTunes. It just says "Cannot connect to youtube" I really need a fix for the mail and it would be cool if i got youtube working also.

any help would be great
