Stacks won't move from the center

I've got a jailbroken 3g 2.2 iphone and I am using stacks (the one that puts the leopard stacks on the dock). I had it previously in the right hand corner of the dock but after I installed the update (which allows you to move it between the right side and the middle) I can't put it back in the right hand corner. It's stuck in the middle and it said the settings are in settings.app but I can't seem to find them.

Has anyone else had this problem or know a solution? It's really annoying.
I appreciate any help.

Never mind. It was Extended Preferences conflicting with it. As soon as I disabled it, the stacks settings appeared
