Did you ever think of loading them and seeing which one you like better?

I had to turn it on in my settings. General > Keyboard > International > Clipboard set to yes.
I tried to use, but like everyone has been saying it's kind of difficult and confusing. I'm uninstalling it right now and going to try Clippy.
EDIT: Clippy seems to work a lot better for me. But I wish you could copy text from emails or text bubbles and not just text from textboxes

Ived used them all and the best (in my opinion as of right now - it may change) is hClipboard.
To use it, you need to activate the keyboard in Settings.app > General > Keyboard > International Keyboards > hClipboard (ON)
Then when you want to copy something (has to be in a editable area - same for Clippy) you hit the Globe button on your keyboard and (as long as you dont have multiple keyboards, ie English only) the Clipboard comes up (if you have multiple keyboards, hit the globe until you see the Clipboard)
Once you have gotten the hClipboard enabled, you can do two things:
1. Copy the entire editable area (so copy everything that is in that said editable area)
2. Copy only a selective area within the editable section.
To do 1, simply hit the button within the Clipboard that is in the top right hand corner (looks like a box with a (+) symbol with another box behind it) - now you will see the copied text on the Clipboard.
To do 2 (only select a few words, or a sentence, etc) place the cursor before the word or phrase you want to copy (ie, touch the screen right before the word or phrase you want to copy) and select the second button from the top in the Clipboard area that looks like a box with a cursor over it. After you've hit the button once, place the cursor at the end of the word or phrase (ie touch the screen after the word or phrase) and hit that same button on the Clipboard area (second from the top) and you will now see the copied text in the Clipboard area.
To paste any of the two methods above, simple place the cursor where you want the pasting to take place and touch the word or phrase on the Clipboard.
To erase any of the words or phrases on the Clipboard, simply swipe across it and select delete
If it sounds confusing, just try it and once you get what I am trying to say its actually really easy.
Why do I like hClipboard better than Clippy?
1. With clippy installed, it is ALWAYS highlighting text whenever i slide my finger across words even when i dont want it to. This can become annoying.
2. With hClipboard, you can copy up to 10 different things at once and have access to them from the Clipboard. (Clippy only allows one at a time) So if you want to select a few things from various sources, (mail, text, notes, etc) you can store them on the hClipboard and then paste them all with one shot. With Clippy, you couldnt do that and would have to go back and forth multiple times.
3. hClipboard has the ability to create "Templates". So actually you could have an unlimited amount of things copied and stored on the Clipboard that could be accessed at any time.
4. hClipboard is faster than Clippy if you want to copy a phrase or an entire paragraph. With clippy you have to select and hold until the entire phrase or paragraph is selected.
5. hClipboard is very easy to clear out what you dont want. Just swipe and hit delete.
If you dont understand what I have written above, let me know and ill try to explain better. Again, its really not confusing at all, it just looks it.Last edited by skeredmobile; 01-23-2009 at 02:26 PM.
