What App is this? Must have!!!

I saw in a youtube video some guy was showing off somes apps on his phone. Most of them were lame like the ishaver or whatever.

But at the end he showed his iphone on the springboard and shook it then all the icons bounced around and it turned all colorful and the phone made a crazy sound. It was almost like the icons were washed away with a wave of color. It was crazy and awesome. I've never heard of anything like this. I'm assuming it's a cydia app. Does anybody know what it is?
