Safari Patch...

Hey. You're probably aware of the Safari patch that lets you view local HTML files.

You may also know that if you visit a video on the internet, eg: www.videos.com/video.m4v you can watch it in safari, but you can't do this with LOCAL videos. Is there a fix for the safari patch to allow this?

I just installed the Safari patch on my 3G. I dropped 3 small movie files on it to test. test.mp4, test.m4v, and test.mov. The first two failed to play, displaying the error message:
Safari can't download this file.
But test.mov played just fine. So I guess .mov files are it for now. Conversion is a pain, but at least I can drop it in from any machine for now.
