I just went through a bunch of themes and added them to the queue so I could install after I was done searching, but I don't see anywhere in the installer that allows me to download these selected themes. How do I download them?

usually it is when you choose your last app to install, you just click install and it installs all of them.

Go through and choose one of the apps you have in the queue and click install.
