Another Icon Question

Alright, with all the trouble I've had getting into custom themes, I think this is the last thing I have. I am trying to get my icons arranged in the right order, but when I try to put a thing on the left side of the screen, it slides back up to a place I don't want it. Is there a way for me to disable the icon location 'lock'?

First, try to post your questions in the right forum. Second, you will need to download blank apps. They are just invisible apps that if you open them, they will crash back to the springboard. Check the MMi source, there is an app you can download as many times as you want that just makes blank apps...
