i got a slight problem

i downgraded from 1.1.3 to 1.1.1 and YouTube doesnt work now

i get an error that reads: you must first connect to iTunes with an internet connection to enable YouTube

i am a ATT sunscriber who activated through iTunes

my Bootloader: 3.9
BaseBand: 04.03.13_G

can anyone help me please. i tried a few things and they didnt work before and it resulted in the bricking of my device. i just fixed it and am now back on 1.1.1 with this problem. PLEASE HELP!!!
